A7man Neutral Newbie July 23, 2008 Share July 23, 2008 (edited) Any try this new Generation 2 VS by Hot Inazma with desulphator. http://www.sun-auto.co.jp/html/pro_02/hot_inazma_g2.html Edited July 23, 2008 by A7man
Smhomie Clutched July 23, 2008 Share July 23, 2008 (edited) Interesting.... seems the major players in voltage stabilisers realise the damage sulphation does to the battery Suddenly realize they cannot keep selling capacitor based gadgets because they do more harm than good. Maybe not selling well now, their HotInazma range. Smart bizmen, they package capacitors with desulphation to sell to suckers now The truth is that capacitors and desulphators cannot co-exist mo' money $$ mo' money $$ Glad I'm with nanopulser, the rolls royce of desulphators Company as I read, started with this flagship product in Dec 2003. They are the pioneering grand-daddy Besides, look at the price tag double of nanopulser Edited July 23, 2008 by Smhomie
Lunloon Neutral Newbie July 28, 2008 Share July 28, 2008 Suddenly you make me worry, never knew that they cannot coexist... I had a D1Spec Gen 1 with premanently on Voltmeter which I took out and planned to change to another without cos it drained my OPC battery dry. Then I also have a MaxZone which is supposed to be a desulphator... So means it cannot be used together? After I removed the VS i realised my air con not as cold... previously i always use only 1 fan bar but now it needs to be 2 fan bar to achieve the same fan speed. Smhomie Clutched July 28, 2008 Share July 28, 2008 Please read my earlier reply thread to you in "UTR charger". I have explained enough for anyone to realise the effect of VS in general I have used the Maxzone GT (red) before. Supposed to be a desulphator as well yes I thought..... Took it apart to see the internals, Wah! Double Wah! Farking cheapo handmade system with ONE epoxy capacitor! WTF It was touted to be THE power enhancer product and it costs I remembered $250-$300 last time????? bxxxxxd, felt soooo cheated with cheapo china components somemore You want to see the internals of Maxzone GT? No is my final answer, desulphator and capacitor cannot co-exist. Their operating concept conflicts with one another.
Lunloon Neutral Newbie July 29, 2008 Share July 29, 2008 Thanks for the reply, actually I haben read that other thread cos my email came so i read the latest first. Yah it costed about 300. I would love to see the internals of the Max-Zone GT. Please mail it to lunloon(at)gmail(dot)com If it is that terrible, then it shall be VS for me no more MaxZone then. Hattee Neutral Newbie October 20, 2008 Share October 20, 2008 Dunno if the discussion about good VS design at http://www.mycarforum.com/forum/gforum.cgi...oltage;#1653322 make sense. Quote I just install one unknown brand (I think made in Korea) VS on my car today, I'm surprise it improve the off idle & low end response. Now acceleration feels smooth & "electric". Renegade777 5th Gear October 21, 2008 Share October 21, 2008 Quote I heard far too many people telling me that for auto transmission, VS does not help much unless you play ICE. But for grounding, stock grounding is good and sufficient for auto transmission. But the aftermarket and additional grounding provides more channel for electric current to flow and thus good for auto rides. Just imagine, for your manual, if car goes to sleep along the road or outside car park, you can still try to revive it but not for auto cars. Apparently grounding is far more practical than a VS which does nothing but stabilises voltage and current which you actually don't need it if u do not utilises too much of your current in your car. Bro, Are you sure ? I felt my car loss power after adding a monoblock to push the sub. Ride seems more sluggish.

Quirky_ster Clutched January 30, 2009 Share January 30, 2009 Finally changed to UTR EVO 2000A, it makes all the claims valid for vtab..more power, smooth and responsive auto trans. now planning to upgrade to the 3000A series... others.. will only improve ICE and light ( maybe ) but not performance... that's my experience with Vstab.
