Ahbengdriver 6th Gear June 22, 2008 Share June 22, 2008 (edited) I ve searched the forum and cant find any previous postings, so I will start one new thread here. Was exploring ways to cut down noise coming from air intake pipes, charge pipes, downpipes, etc and getting into the cabin of my car. Was advised by some that one way is to wrap such pipes with heat insulation materials made from fabric kind of materials. Was also told that shops like garage-R can do this kind of insulation wrap, which not only insulates against heat preventing heat soak but also can insulate against noise to some extent. Anyone care to share the effectiveness of these insularion wrapping? Edited June 22, 2008 by Ahbengdriver ↡ Advertisement
