Almost hit a lady on Benjamin Bridge after meetup

wa rao... at the foot of Benjamin bridge towards airport I almost hit a lady standing on the left lane waving traffic through. Her car tyre punctured think a guy changing tyre for her but there's no road shoulder

 

I filter from behind a container trailer can't see... almost ram into her! taxi behind me ebrake... I think causing an accident behind.

When I pass by, a mini jam alrdy developed.... think got taxi and a lady driver... u caused it??? Just before the filter lane out to KPE right......

The lady was literally standing in the middle of the lane waving traffic. Mua doing 40 kph only but taxi and mini behind me was like top gun pilot.

The girl should not have used herself to divert traffic...instead a vehicle break down sign should be used....

You should have anticipate the risk of overtaking the container trailer...or possible object in front.... didn't you stop to apologies over caused accident ?

well, not every car is equipped with a breakdown sign. and not everyone will buy the sign if they do not have one.

One should always do a quick visual inspection on the 4 tyres before driving off.

At least if there is any abnormality, it could be detected early.
