Need help setting Netgear DG834GT for SNBB

Hi, I have just jumped from the green ship to the red ship. Bought a Netgear DG834GT Modem router, don't want to use their supplied modem.

 

SN letter only comes with UserID & Password, software supplied is more for their given Thomson modem. Tech help line seems close though they stated 0800 - 0000hrs. Rushed back home to call them after work but no human pick up leh.

 

Anyone can give me some advise on setting up the Netgear? I can get connected with the supplied Thomson using the auto configure CD but have no idea what the other settings should be using the Netgear and can't get connected.

try typing 192.168.0.1 at your web browser...u dun need any software to set up ur router.

Yes, I know that, but there are other info that is required went we go into the setup page. I do not have those info leh.
