How to transfer all phone contacts into sim card (N80)

hey ppl

 

i need to send in my N80 phone for service, therefore need to transfer all phone contacts into sim card so i can slot it into another extra phone i have.

 

but no matter how i try and figure, i have to do them one by one

 

is there a way to select all the contacts in the list and transfer them into the sim?

Menu - Contact - option - mark/Unmark -> mark all - option - copy -> To sim directory

i once saw a sim card transfer back up thingy sold at M1 paragon, any idea if its of any use? or still in the market?

Use Nokia Suite tranfer all contact to PC

if you have too many contracts, few ways to get it done ,

transfer max numbers to the sim card, put it in the new phone,

transfer them to the phone memory of the new phone, then delete those

in the sim card, repeat them a few times.

other way is using the pc to download all your previous numbers, then

transfer to the new phone from there.

Firstly ... how many contacts do you have?

i asked the service counter person when i sent the phone for repair.

 

he said coz my sim card is 3G enabled, and the temp phone i'm using is 2G, so there are some new contacts i saved in the 3G phone, tats why is not seen in my 2G.

 

he said the numbers are still in the sim card, and will be readable when put it back into the 3G phone...

 

btw, i sent in the phone for repair and its ready for collection tomorrow
