Dear Bro and Sis

 

Am appealing for witness who saw the accident stated below:

 

11/06/08 08:10 at X-Junction of Changi South Ave 3 and Xilin Ave.

On the a/m date and time,I was making a right turn from Xilin Ave into Changi South ave 3.

Suddenly a taxi traveling in the opposite direction collided headon onto my left side of the bike.I was flung off on impact. I was conveyed to the hospital due to injuries sustained.

 

As I have to picked myself up, there were no cars or anyone to help me or stop to assist me. The taxi had a passenger inside. Thus I am appealing for any bro or sis who saw what happen to be a witness to this accident I have.

 

The only car I remembered was a White Mini Cooper Behind me. I hope the driver could help me as a witness as it was just behind me when the taxi banged into me. Or any one who saw what happen.

yo bro, hope you are doing well and have not any sustain any serious injury.

 

any kind soul with access to mini forum can help to trace for the white mini cooper as witness.

am currently at home on mc. suffered internal injury cause of whip flash. they say the pain till wont come out so fast...

 

hopefully the white mini cooper owner can be a witness or someone who saw the incident can assist me.

U turning right....taxi came from opps direction....did u check b4 u move off?

Is the green in favour to u? Or its ur green arrow but the taxi came anyway?

Hi bro,

 

Sorry to hear about your predicament. Hope you are resting well and your injuries healing fast. Anyway, you may want to check whether there are any traffic camera's that is usually installed at traffic junctions. If yes, then everything will be caught on "tape". Cheers.

i waited till Green arrow to turn right. cause the traffic there in the morning can be heavy, plus my bike no low end. Thus i waited for green arrow to be turn on then turn. All front cars were coming to a standstill. Thts y i dare to turn on green arrow. Thats when i was turning, it happen so fast i did nt have any time to react, cab head on hit my left leg + left side of bike. Which i flung off on impact.

 

This is the same as i did my report but police say i need a witness. Cab has a witness in the cab at tht time. So now i can only appeal to any witness who saw what happen.

Currently at home but need to wait a few days before the internal injury surfaces.

I did check but there were no traffic camera's there. So this will be my only way of looking for witness.

I would say that when my side - green arrow came out, he should have stopped. In which he did not thus, banging headon into my left side.

 

I did not manage to talk to the witness, all I could remember was he was an Indian guy.

After I open my eyes, I saw him walking out from the passenger side. Probaly from India working in Singapore. And soon after, ambulance came and took me away.

If thats the case he is surely in the wrong.

When green arrow is on, the red on his side has already been there for at least 1-2sec...

 

Hope u find a witness and do take care... [thumbsup]

i sure hope that there is a witness cause traffic was heavy that day.

Infact there is no need to go down to police station. Just a call to the Investigation officer will do....

Also there was a KIA Premier Taxi beside the taxi which bang me. That cab stop in time. Thus he can be a witness too.

Seeking his help if possible....
