Janling3 6th Gear May 20, 2015 Share May 20, 2015 Squatting pan would be cheap and good. One size fits all. Assist every detox execise with natural muscular movement. this is really true, but squatting pan is not user-friendly to disabled or physically weak body.... :) I had removed our toilet bowl, to clear a "coconut brush" jammed in the downpipe. And reinstall the toilet bowl. Quite straight forward : disconnect hose, dismantle water tank [optional], remove the 2 floor mounting screws [which secure the toilet bowl to the floor], remove the sealant [silicone or plaster] at the base of the toilet bowl, pull up the toilet bowl. Unlikely that the wall/floor tiles need to be hacked. u r quite a DIY person....with proper tool and skill.... :) most toilets are sitting type now. This may assist us to solve it. :)

I replaced one of mind last year , bought it from balastier, I think around $400, labor about $150? Cant remember exactly the figure. Replacement about 2 hours, but I was told not to use it for a day to allow the cement to settle.

If you like to have certain model and design, then pay a bit more to go see what you like.

He sourced the toilet bowl for me, soft close lid, not bad. I wasn't there, and my parents also never say whether need to wait b4 use, so can't comment on whether needs curing. This is not likely the case, your plumber should be able to find a diameter that will fit your existing one, there are displacement drain pipe to cater for drainage hole alignment. If you are determined to replace it with a different brand or model, my suggestion is for you to go talk to toilet bowl shop, they will be able to give you advice. https://pages.lazada.sg/wow/i/sg/marketing/Mkt_lp_v4?trigger_item=394764448&campaign_id=0&venture=sg&sku_id=950872376&wh_skucount=1&entrance=mktlp&ef_id=CjwKCAiAob3vBRAUEiwAIbs5TkpdVwksDNZy_k0zDBFhvloVRQKnV7RmQtEYQhJnFRdivgbpo_I9MhoCgdsQAvD_BwE:G:s&s_kwcid=AL!4281!3!242381247295!!!u!762460417326!&exlaz=d_1:mm_150050845_51350205_2010350205::12:1025267241!54483208270!!!pla-762460417326!m!762460417326!950872376!143657384!242381247295&gclid=CjwKCAiAob3vBRAUEiwAIbs5TkpdVwksDNZy_k0zDBFhvloVRQKnV7RmQtEYQhJnFRdivgbpo_I9MhoCgdsQAvD_BwE Edited December 10, 2019 by Ct3833
Victor68 Turbocharged December 12, 2019 Share December 12, 2019 Just some general remarks. Cost depend very much on the bowl you select. Do be careful because the outlet distance to wall can be different for difficult bowl. They may have to add collar and fitting. Some imported bowl are not meant for water saving. Due to local code, they modify and flushing may not be ideal. ↡ Advertisement
