Does adding touch-screen double-din players and GPS make your interior look like a cab?

Some car buyers are "sensitive" to car models being use as taxis (e.g white merc, sonata, magentis, airwave etc) and avoid such models. Wonder if any of you share the same concept when it comes to the interior. There are some interiors with bright double-din touch screen players and GPS sticking out of windscreen that it feels like sitting in a cab (less the fare meter but there are other meters instead). Thought of upgrading my ICE but dun want to overdo. So what are your views?

juz came back from reservist and now even 5 tonners look like taxis wif this GPS lookalike thingy mounted on the dash. its even touch screen too.
