91.3FM new morning show

How do you find the new morning show? Now the DJs are Sheikh Haikel and Suzanne Walker.

 

I find that it is now so much more boring than Joe and Petrina.

 

The only thing that Sheikh talks are "Good Morning" and contest announcements. Nothing much else. Now the number of songs are more before you hear the DJ. Easy money for the DJs.

 

And their new motto is "more songs less talk". Strange to me that if that's their new motto, why bother to have 2 DJs? Might as well save cost and just put a DJ to do contest announcements. The reason why you want two or more DJs is because you want interaction, interesting jokes and conversation between them. If want to have less talk, just spin the songs will do la....

Sheikh is a waste of time... I dont think they have chemistry whatsoever, Suz on her own is great.. injustice that she got Sheikh "dunno what to say" Haikal...

 

Anyway, all morning shows are going down hill.. boring like Sh it!

boy thunder is always out on a mission, hardly hear Elliot's voice liow, he used to read the news, now Suzanne does everything...

Well I think it sucks. Heard abit of it this morning. The fat boy is hardly funny, witty or engaging. Bascially, he is just there as a fixture of the furniture, just like what he does on the Nokia Football Show. Contributing zilch about football, and just plonks down on the couch and make wise-cracks and irritating guffaws. And worst of all, although he is asian, and spends much of his time here, he speaks like some rapper black guy wanna-be. Which is a big turn off.

 

That walker ger is better, nice voice and pretty engaging. Just that I keep seeing her move from one station to another, and one time slot to another. Very bad for continuity.

Dunno about 91.3, but it is common to listen more music then talk show. Maybe for morning wise more talk make everyone smile because of silly jokes or what. I will listen to 913 and comment. Moreover, I heard Sheikh on P10 before and damn... I do not like it at all.

 

I prefer Glenn and FD which I also moved with Glenn from 987 to 95. Heh

I've moved back to yes933 since Joe n Petrina have stopped. Even jeremy ratnam and Elliot r still listenable

yeah man, the WORST part is that he's trying so hard to be a black-rapper! yucks! other annoying antics still can endure.

Thank goodness for the Married Men, otherwise I would be hard put to find a reason to stay tuned to 91.3.

 

OT a bit, can someone help to interpret something for me. You know there is a Married Men jingle that goes, "Sunset with the Married Men...". There is 1 part where the gal voiceover goes "Woo... Me wo shu shu" or something, but I cannot make out what she's saying, what "me wo shu shu"? Does anyone know what she's saying? I'm very curious.

Sheik Haikel THINKS he's funny. He's NOT.

 

But better than Hossan LEONG. on 98FM.

Who's not only terribly unfunny...

But very ANNOYING as well.

Act cute until buay tahan.

 

Ruins my morning drive each time I accidentally switch to 98FM.

I agree with what yo said about Sheik Haikel and Hossan Leong.

 

 

Personally, I cannot stand the voice of Suzanne Walker, too 'weak and ready for sex' voice.
