Tt6389 Neutral Newbie February 13, 2010 Share February 13, 2010 (edited) i have not yet go to agent for service yet, although it is overdue. Probably going next week. ------------------- for those who are curious about performance of wuling journey - i must say its satisfactory when i compared to my previous cars. I driven hydundai elantra , hundai accent , subaru justy previously, I think its value for money & served all my needs. Last month i even drove 7 adults to JB for nite supper. When driving up the slope in woodlands/malaysia custom & there was no signs of strains as I drive up on 3rd or 2nd gear. Bearing in mind the gear ratio of this vehicle is to give lots of torque at lower gear but sacrificing top speed. Thus 7 adults at 80km/hr is the best it can go, with lots of torque to reach 80. On a flat road, it can hit 90km/hr but the rpm will exceed the optimum range & fuel comsumption becomes higher. I think the air con is still good so far, especially the rear air cond & with solar films. plus I always open the slide door to ventilate the trapped hot air before driving off under hot sun. I think within 5 minute, the front & rear air con does its work to bring down temp quickly. Edited February 13, 2010 by Tt6389

Thaiyotakamli Supersonic March 19, 2010 Share March 19, 2010 1051cc china-made engine to haul 7 pax? i thought my korean 1086cc strains a little to haul 5 pax. then again, maybe china tech far superior to korean tech this one going up genting? seriously i have my doubts.. going up genting can, all 7 pax get down and push the car all the way to first world

Alheych 6th Gear December 2, 2010 Share December 2, 2010 Hi, sorry for bring up old thread.... i am considering getting an used Wuling. Do you have any further experience to share? Many thanks let me start by saying i don't know much about wuling. it is popular in china, cos it's a GM joint-venture so people have more faith in it. but in singapore context, just look at this thread. covers its introduction until it closed down in such a short span. tells a lot.
