My virgin trip out of Singapore was into Japan, I was called a aliens. Then on my first visit to US, also called aliens.

Well...more than 1/2 their population thinks Singapore is somehwere in China... Guess that's how 'smart' they are.

 

Hmm... and funny how Manhattan is actually rather internationally populated (ie, rather heavy asian presence as well).. what does that make Wall Street?... hmmmm

 

And while I haven't read that thread (promise: will read later). There's some truth in that belief mah. Only sluts will be interested in them for their money. Because they have nothing else to offer BUT money and any woman with half a brain will need a REAL man

My wife used to work in Texas and had a chit-chat with some of the locals there.

Many had not traveled out of their country.

I didn't managed to catch my transition flight on time.

 

There were visitors who could not speak English and they hogged up the immigration and custom, affecting my queue.

 

Just a reminder, when you see a lot of people in front of you who apparently don't speak English, don't join that queue as the process time is going to be longer than usual.

 

It affected my flight connection.

There was once I went to Indonesia for more than a week.

 

As I didn't bring my shaver along, I looked rather untidy at the end of the holiday.

 

I was the only who got singled out to do a thorough check just prior to boarding.

 

Looks is really important. My other flight experiences were rather smooth-flowing. Just that particular one.
