Dear all,

my friend is thinking of pursuing a business degree with SIC. Anyone can share their experience with SIC ? Or do you suggest other schools instead?

If I desire to obtain a graduate route for a law degree, anyone can advise which private institution has best track record for good results? I heard SIC offers them.

If intend to practice in Singapore, taking the course may not necesaary qualify you to take the bar ... I've asked SIC before and they confess that its still up to the the Singapore Law Society's disgression .. also you will still need to do the Diploma in Singapore Law at NUS ...

will definitely not qualify for the bar, because the board of legal education requires you to be a full time internal student of the institution, which in this case is UOL. after the external degree, all you can do is, take up EU Law as one of your modules, then do your bar in the UK, or hope that the legal sector opens up here and you can do your bar here in the future. on the topics of a best result college, its good for a prospective student to know that the UOL law course is super duper tough, not many finish it, i know coz im doing it. Spore nv had a first class external from what i was told. there are several schools offering uol law now as i noticed from taking my exams, boston.. itc watever. personally my lecturer at stansfield is good, passionate, knowledgable, friendly, funny, one of the best i have had. but he is too bogged down by teaching too many subjs and lack of admin support...so.... juz my 2cts worth
