Warranty issue with workshop under PI

Yeah, I'm aware of that. Owned a Picanto before, C&C at times did not know what's wrong with the car and they would say "this is the car characteristic, nothing can be help". But at least they're willing to try a few times and they have the correct tools for this make of cars.

This problem is official. It's already highlighted in the Honda Japan website. Probably the conditions that trigger that stall is as rare as striking 1st prize Toto since we have not really heard a lot of such cases....but then again knowing that your car might stall on the move suddenly at certain speed/rpm gives me the creeps, even more so when CTR is on hydraulic power steering cos the hydraulic pump will shut off when the car stalls! Not forgetting the brake pump as well though you can still press press one or twice before it becomes not possible to press anymore.

if got problem local AD can't resolve.

No la, but at least treat PI customers who have paid for C&C warranty equally.

you can only pay for C&C warranty by buying C&C car.

 

PI car is factory/manufacturer warranty, not C&C warranty.
