I think the car scratcher is a persistent guy. What type of anger can last so long for him to keep scratching the car over the 6months.

Could he be venting his loan shark problem on this innocent car?

 

Usually I only take revenge once on the other party, and considered it case close.

 

Perhaps this car owner unknowingly keeps annoying this neighbour of his.

Maybe loud exhaust/music, or maybe loud karoake singing on weekends.....we don't know the real reason.

This sounds like an act of revenge. A normal vandalist would scratch a few cars instead of a particular car not any other cars beside.

Why would he bother to run up a few storeys of the MSCP jus to find that particular car.
