Lodoss11 Neutral Newbie May 31, 2008 Share May 31, 2008 Bro any contact and location of the workshop u mention at sim ming? Wana sent my car for some minor touch up From my point of view, the damage is not that great.. Any deformities can be mend by heat.. Just go and do a major touch up.. i did the repairs liao at sin ming.....the workshop is highly recommended in another thread about spray and panel beating............ so far the uncle(boss) is very friendly but after spending the whole day today at the workshop.....i still need to come back another day as im not quite happy with the spraying (some touch up needed) and also my headlight alignment is out..there is a gap btw the bumper and the headlight..... in any case, i didnt pay him the full amount.....will do so when he settle the whole ting...just to share..he charge $230/- to repair and respray the whole bumper and side fender........reasonable? All the prices are marked up by around 30-40% in general. And also not stated whether original replacement or subsitutes. If subsitutes, then easily 60% mark up. Why would you need to remove and 'refix' your condensor, 'pipes' and vaccum.... Power steering pipe $192?? Tell him u just want the pipe not the pump and pipe assembly. Spray painting of what costs 470? Don't understand the last part on labour charges as looking at the prices above, I assumed that installation and make good works should already be included. My advise is to find a more reputable and reliable workshop and kindly state this w/s so I can avoid it in times of emergency. ↡ Advertisement
