We are unable to tell if she is already unwell before the accident or after the shouting from the boy. I would guess before the accident as she is already weaving. and i believe the boy's behaviour aggravate it.

 

So I dun think is fair to put all the blame on him. I guess this is the first time he got into an accident the the lady juz continue driving... wouldn't u guys get angry???

 

If the lady had stopped immediately, the whole situation may not turn sour.

 

The boy should be taught a lesson nonetheless for his behaviours even when the lady was stretchered into an ambulance.... and also extortion and fraud... and maybe road rage??

that why I agree the after chase shouting is too much, but action during the chase is what a normal young man will do

 

I can understand the young man who chased the BMW but I don't agree that the young man or anyone should do it. The screaming and shouting are even beyond a normal person behaviour.

 

There are many ways to handle such matter even the older lady is the wrong.

He definitely sound like a kiddo, and a ungracious one. Even when demanding compensation, also must be gentlemanly, especially if the offensive party is a elderly or chiildren. The merc driver probably sees that the driver is an old lady that's why can 'makan'. If the offenvie party is a Ah beng with tattoo, I doubt he will shout to the extent.

Keep your children and elderly from these ungracious people. Even children,they'll not let off..

Hey man, don't pull the car makes / models into this issue. Totally different thing. I don't think it's right to do this.

 

But then again, it's alright for him to shout. We all will probably do the same thing.But shouting AGAIN after getting down into the situation is a big nono. Failure to offer help when situations occur is bad enough. Needless to say for him, who rattles on even after knowing something's happening.

my point is because one person die, all pity go to her and push 100% blame on the young man, I am just trying to put things in perspective on the event, thus I feel blame are to be share, indirectly she might have cause her own death.

 

That young punk claimed $4K for repair but it's only $1K+; he forged a fake car rental receipt; his own bro came and apologized for "mercy".. I'm surprise if anyone still don't get the right perspective.

 

Madam Lee may have "hit and run".. But I believe she did so because she knew something is wrong in her and wanna rush home fast.. She got high-blood pressure ok? I believe she wanted to settle the matter at her doorsteps or she would be so dumb to reveal her address. No matter what, a life is 10,000x more impt than a damaged car.

 

I wouldn't fault the young punk for chasing madam lee because I would have done so.. But I will fault him for injecting verbal assaults even after the family apologizes.. I will fault him for dishonesty and cheating money.. I hope he pays his debt dearly..
