There's another one at Novena, which is serves good tim sum. You may go for their tim sum buffet, which I think is pretty worth it.

If you want cheap and cheerful, would recommend Circuit Road Food where there's variety of vegetarian stores, even satay and vegetarian fried oysters, roti prata, popiah etc.

 

 

If you want buffet style variety, can bring her to Quality Hotel, but would strongly recommend to go for their steamboat which is served from Mon-Thurs.
