Swift Turtle (Almost) on ECP

Saw this on the ECP towards Airport this afternoon at 1530hrs. I believe it just happened.

 

I traveled on the same path this early afternoon too and was caught by surprise by the bloody road work diversion in the middle on lane 2. Though the overhead sign before bayshore exit did display roadworks after bayshore. but there was not enough pre warning signs before the diversion and the crash buffer at the back of the lorry.

 

I gues the swift was caught by surprise too and thus ended up on its side. Hope the driver is ok. There seems to be another car involved too, which is a white toyota not sure if it is a vios or altis. Saw some bad damage to the poor plants on the center divider (near the TP bike).

this stretch is pretty long, the swift must be dreaming . no wonder our ins prem is going up up UP ....

accident prone area...maybe this straight stretch too comfortable for the eyes n soul..can see beautiful bougainvillaea flowers...heavenly path

Lately a lot of turtling going on.

 

Past few days got two cases of articulated trailers toppling, one at Clementi Ave. 6 going down to AYE, and then the next day is along West Coast Highway heading toward the city.

Road is the same road.. car can be the same car... but todays' drivers' sense of moral responsibility on the road is hopeless

 

Having accidents on expressway everyday ain't normal.. Let's hope we can change this trend..
