Shull Turbocharged May 16, 2008 Share May 16, 2008 disasters happened all the time everywhere..just a matter of how much media coverage is given.. i rem few yrs back in turkey also got big earthquake, over 100k died..but not much media coverage in SG..i don't see the reason why this one get so much coverage.. nevertheless, if Singapore gonna send a rescue team over and need volunteers, i'll be the first one to volunteer myself.. The Singapore rescue team, codenamed Operation Lion Heart, includes seasoned officers from the elite Disaster Assistance and Rescue Team (DART). The team will be in Chengdu by Friday evening.
