Where to fix spare keys for Fiat?

helping a friend to ask: where to duplicate Fiat G punto car key with immobilizer other than agent?

Toh Guan Centre....there is a shop call So...xi something...

 

Its located on the ground floor facing PIE. You can't miss it.

 

 

But its not gonna be cheap. I ask about the Subaru one cost me $300....might as well get from the agent.

 

Maybe FIAT would be cheaper ? Go ask them....they have a lot of OEM keys.

correct me if i'm wrong, GP immobilizer key has to be done at e factory itself. this is due to e fiat code & e chip inside e physical key.

 

besides agent, u can tell your friend to go to Alfa City which is also at Sin Ming, opp Lim Tan Motors. Much cheaper there & other benefits over agent esp if ur friend is particlar about e ride.

As far as I know, Fiat, Renault and PSA group car key can be done at the toh guan shop + a few others in s'pore. They are able to read and replicate the chip, etc.

My spare isn't working, may need reprogramming.

Came across the below contact in another forum talking about keys and immobilisers also. Can try calling to ask.
