On v12 for ard 12k already....

So far seems normal. The tyres are quieter than my previous S drive and did save me in a rainy day so no complains....

How to define "left pulling" effect? Never touch the steering wheel and the car go slightly to 1 side? I thought that is normal with all cars after some time?

Changed my 2 front tyre to Hankook V12 Ventus on 225/45/17 @ Toh Guan 3 weeks back, rear still good on Bridgestone 050, it appears that some bros mentioned earlier that it has a ' humming log noise coming out evening but rather soothing sounds, irritating at 1st but U kinda of liken it later.

1st week - Performance on dry road was abv average and grip was exceptional, cornering was on par with my ex BS tyre

2nd wk - Performance on wet road was evident, ( raining day period ) causing no side-tracking and have better holding and stability, I like to test tyre on round corner especially coming down from Tuas, exit to clementi side road to AYE, this is very good bent test & up-slope corner-taking, I can feel the trye grip glueing on tightly. I always like this cornering overtaking experience to feel the grip test.

3rd wk - overall verdict, acceptable but can be better, i hit front tyre/rim on a road bumper,it causes the soft tyre and rims to have scratches on rim and soft wall compound rubber side wall came off very fast. my finding, quality was an issue based on soft rubber compound, hence the quality inferiority, i hope to be proven wrong.

Meanwhile I'm enjoying my ride, nothing fantastic about V12, the thread line was great-looking and the tyre wall was Kool too, needs more polish to wax it up.

Value for money? Paid S185.00/each with Korean car battery thrown in, ( exchanged already ) was kinda trade off, service was fast and speedy, wif 2 car technicians attending to me and one supervisor was more than sufficient, the service payment at upper floor could be better, 2 Ah Tiong mandarin-speaking gals were friendly but they need to brush up on their english to enhance for future growth. I find the $55.00 voucher of floor matt, car-perfume & 1 (one) wiper not up to par as compared to the car battery was worth a lot better.

Last week, happened to be in JB for a quick car wash, walk into next door and saw a double-blade wiper for (2) two@ RM 40.00/ plus installation, I grab w/o thinking.

Overall, Ventus V12 can be a wonderful ride, with better comfort and Quality control over cost, I reckon if pricing can go down by 10-15% would be an enhancement, the 1 year member can be better off with regular coming back for more goodies buy, they need more marketing strategy to improve Sp drivers hungry for more . . .

Just call up for my size and quoted 330 for 205/45 /16 ...free wheel alignment if purchase 4 tyres

Went to the Autobac shop a month earlier to have it quoted on V12 225/45/17, it was S$220 per pc, as compared to Sp at Toh Guan, obviously, i went to the latter. Sometimes I wonder, they want to do biz or seeing Sp car, juz wan to chopU off ?

Sometimes the car we drive say a lot about us, conti / high end Jap cars get quoted higher than the B/b cars ?

It is true and I know it, I tested them too by asking my friend to do the same with B/B car for quote.

Result : U know I know lah!
