Hi

this might sound like a stupid question, but i really dont know.

How and where do i get a shark fin antenna done up. How much does it cost? and how it is attached to the top of the car. Do they have to do any drilling? if so, wont it damage the car.... etc etc

Actually, that is not true. Saab was the 1st one to use shark fin antennas if I remember correctly.

If you look around, Saab and Volvo cars all have shark fin antennas. BMW's shark fins are the most streamlined looking though. The other European cars shark fins are shorter and more upright.

Just kidding lah bro. Please don't take offense.

Actually, my last car was a BMW, and the funny thing is, most E46's (the last generation 3 series) do not have shark fins. Those that do come from the factory installed. But many many people use 3M tape and stick one on to the roofs of their BMW's.

On the contrary, I don't know anyone who owns other brand Euro cars do that. Firstly, most of them already have shark fins installed from the factory. Secondly, they are somehow not as vain as BMW owners, haha...

the sharkfin looks nice mah....goes well with the shape of the BMW.

The best is still to conceal and be hidden. One more thing outside only attract unnecessary attention and thief.

Regards,
