Dunno Neutral Newbie May 6, 2008 Share May 6, 2008 Why do you put component speakers at the rear? It will distort your sound stage. Driving a long car? If your HU can drive active, use it for the Hertz as well. Drop by tomorrow, we will show you why. BTW, the regular attendees don't post their attendance most of the time. http://www.mycarforum.com/forum/Aftermarke...m_9pm_P2346769/
Jesse Neutral Newbie May 6, 2008 Share May 6, 2008 Hi, I on this MLK165. FYI. Don't think your current set-up can pump the MLK165 lah. The MLK need at least >150Watt RMS to drive lah. Your Genesis totally cannot make it lah. HU= DEH P80RS Front speakers - HERTZ MILLE MLK165 Amp 1 (For Front Speakers) - ROCKFORD T600-4 Bridged Amp 2 (For Front Tweeters) - AUDISON SRX4 Bridged Amp 3 (For Woofer) - JBL BPX1100.1 Woofer - ROCKFORD P3D412 Capacitor - RFC1D

Jesse Neutral Newbie May 6, 2008 Share May 6, 2008 Passive set-up: Get a decent power 2ch amp which can pump out >200watt RMS for the Hertz lah. The more RMS the better as the Hertz can handle up to 300watt . Active set-up: Needed 4ch amp or 2 X 2ch amp lah.
