Unable to use the new tab function

hi guys im unable to use the new tab function on my laptop.......once i open a new tab, the explorer will hang....anyone can help? thanks

try logging to www.bitdefender.com and perform an online scan for both virus and trojan.

 

also try checking the systemtray below to see if there is any notification of firmware or patches upgrade required.

 

IE may hv stopped due to inherent firewall setting tat detected spamming or splish.

can either b browser hijacking problem which is being stopped or bad connection

 

another thing u can consider is to release all previous cache, cookies, passwords, etc and retry

i have scan using the bitdefender....apparently my laptop is infected but it doesnt clear it leh..............both my avg n spybot cnt detect...any suggestions??

bitdefender can't do shiit.

 

go to kaspersky.com and download the trial and use a real antivirus.

bro i have run butdefender in safe mode and managed 2 clear most (if not all) the virus..

however, im still unable to open a new tab in IE....any other suggestions??

if not i will just leave wif it...............
