If it doesn't match to your friend's expectation then bargain with them

 

This is provided that your friend doesn't ask for the Heaven or the Sky lah

frankly, before talking to anybody there, your friend should do some research and establish what is fair compensation, then she can make her demand with confidence.

 

best to issue demand in writing, if no result, consult lawyer and consider getting lawyer to issue letter of demand (cost about $120+).
