Barakian Neutral Newbie January 14, 2002 Share January 14, 2002 You need to remove the Rain-X before the wiper stops jerking (off[;)]) all over the shop.. But up till now, I still dunno how to remove Rain-XXX completely.
Turbobrick Neutral Newbie January 14, 2002 Author Share January 14, 2002 I hear that using Bon Ami cleanser powder can rid of Rain-X. Too bad we cannot find it in Singapore. I just washed my windscreen with JIF again...hopefully it'll work

Sky8807 1st Gear January 15, 2002 Share January 15, 2002 (edited) ya, newspaper clean the grease and oil from the windscreen. The ink in the papers is good at removing that. some carbon in it. After cleaning with newspapers, wipe it with wet cloth followed by dry cloth. That should do it. Edited January 15, 2002 by Sky8807

Pisces69 6th Gear January 15, 2002 Share January 15, 2002 [ Problem is when it does rain heavily to form beads..., you'll be moving too slowly for them to get blown away... So you'll still have to rely on your wipers... Hmm... [/reply] ↡ Advertisement
