some pple say tt flushing coolant in SG not so thorough. in JB, they will disconnect the hose n let the coolant really spray everywhere, due to lack of environmental concerns [sweatdrop]

not sure whether WS in SG provide such service, but that's food for thought.

but JB they filled my radiator with tap water la. i see already sianz half, but flush very thoroughly n very cheap so ok la [:p]

Autobacs

For brake fluid flushing, I would not recommend Autobacs. Cos they using the traditional method of pumping the brake pedals, didn't use the vacuum method/equipment. shakehead.gif

There is nothing wrong with the traditional method of bleeding the brake fluid, provided that it is done correctly, there will be absolutely no air in the system.

The vacuum method is just a air pump that pump air out of the line, it will never achieve a perfect vacuum.

i did my brake fluid flushing and replacement at Mobil stn along Queenway opp side of the fire stn. Cheong auto, formally from Upper Bk Timah road caltex stn.

Price reasonable , product used is esso product. Bleeding method is tradional type.

Check it out. FYI I'm staying in CCK, Bk Panjang area.

With ABS leg power is just not 100% perfect and chance of damage to th master cyclinder seal is very likely. Air powered vacuumbrake bleeder - most good units can creat very high vaccuum of up to 25inches of mercury - which is the highest possibile via a venturi.

I understand ABS system should not use the traditional method of pumping the brake pedals to expel the old brake fluid. The exact reason I not sure, maybe will damage something...sweatdrop.gif

The proper way is to use either the vacuum method or pressure method. I only see Stamford Tyre using the vacuum method.

I don't understand what is a "perfect vacuum".dizzy.gif As long as below atmospheric pressure its a vacuum, right?
