Good camping grounds in Singapore?

Just kidding ... think don't have that ... only possible place is maybe Marina South.

Try the plot beside Ponggol Marina. Lotsa people go there to fish and their car is just beside.

East Coast the best for me, can blade, swim, eat, shop at Parkway and cycle, all night long.

 

But beware of thieves, one tent next to mine was cut open and belongings stolen. Get a motion detection alarm with pin code type and put inside the tent when leaving the tent to enjoy.

pulau ubin (avoid the quarry, bad experience there)
