How the dividend rebate works.. a quote from the reply by Citibank.

 

"A check will be automatically issued to you when you have accumulated a

minimum of Div$50 in every quarter in the calendar year (Jan-Mar,

Apr-Jun, Jul-Sep and Oct-Dec). The check is issued in the following

month after the end of each quarter. If you do not manage to accumulate

the minimum sum of Div$50, the accumulated amount will rollover to the

next quarter until the minimum Div$50 is reached.

 

However, these Div$ is valid for only 15 months. If the minimum Div$

still falls below Div$50 by then, it would be forfeited. Please note

that the 15 months cycle starts from your membership renewal month. This

cycle takes place every year."
