Huggable Clutched April 23, 2008 Share April 23, 2008 Haven't accessed their IB for months, but my wife was thoroughly p|ssed off when she had a problem accessing IB from her new Vista laptop. Called the bank, and was told no choice, have to use XP and below to login to IB. The IB experience with the different banks websites are the same with SCB as usual...slow. Yes Vista sucks. I turned off all the bells & whistles. All the internet banking bill payment was halted for no reason. Called up to check, they claimed under maintainance. WTF, maintainance 2 days ?? Ronnchee Clutched April 23, 2008 Share April 23, 2008 In the afternoon around 4pm, service not available. Then tried again at 8pm, same message. Called to check, claimed server maintenance. Yesterday morning, tried again, same message. Called to scold this round. They said no one had called them to report such fault besides me. WTF, no self-test one meh ?? If I didnt call, this fault persist. I asked for their QA no, the customer officer said only can email. Till now, still cant make internet bill payment. Really Dick Prick Ass Bank. Sabian Turbocharged June 2, 2008 Author Share June 2, 2008 these S-CB Bank #&^$%&$&* They called me to say now they got 2FA PIN token (@$%#% after all the banks have it for so long) and it shd solve my SMS PIN problem. Now I received my "token" on Fri, the Fxxking SCB Internet Site has been down since then and still cannot get it up... Someone shd shove some viagra into the SCB IB server's HARD Drive.
