just wondering if any of you noticed the increasing number of road accidents lately, especially after the increase profile of F1 in Singapore leading up to the night race in sept.

do you think there a co-relation or singaporeans have always been speedsters?

i've come across more tailgaters(slipstream), aggressive overtakers(late braking), and high speed cornering(apex driving) cars these days then say just 2 years ago.

what do you guys think?

hmm...that may be due to low COEs so more cars on the road...inexperienced drivers start to chalk up experience. [sweatdrop]"accident experiences included" [lipsrsealed]

please do not blame F1 if you cannot explain for the behaviours of normal road users . F1 is all about racing in a safe enviroment . so with so many first shooters game , counterstrike , grand theft auto ,so popular , how come there no murderers running around killing everyone in sight? what you are seeing are impatient drivers , who are trying to vent their frustration on the road . then there are those who thinks they own the road ahead of their car when they drive , don't give way to other who need to filter into their lanes . tailgater are the ones who frustrated at anyone invading into their braking zone when they are following the front car . overtakers are in the opposite situation , with everyone not giving way they cannot filter in , so what to do ,chong in lor . there are more aggressive drivers than singaporeans in asia , try driving in taipei , hongkong or bangkok . aggressive driving that i must say singapore not number one , neither is being a considerate one .
