Where can I find any good spring spacer around? Ride with Eibach seems abit too low and hitting fender so thinking whether should add in spacer or roll the fender will do.

That's a bump stop... My dad use it on his ride after lowering to counter the "bumpy" effect when on full passenger load...

bro, this kind of spacers are quite common. i think most shops

dealing with suspension should carry it.

i was quoted 120rm for a set few months back.

But you should be careful abt the installation process.

i didn't install as the mechanic told me he's just using cable tie to secure

the spacer onto my springs. hahaha.

Go autodesigns..... I've fitted it to the rear and it makes the ride firmer (though bumpier). Also sags less under loads.

Actually there's 2 type of spacer in the market. One use cable tie and the other is different in design which allows the spring to fully sit between the spacer. Most common ones are the cable tie ones which I try to avoid as I didnt feel secure at all. Anyway had already installed the one in red and the blue one is the one which I won't encourage people to use.

I'm driving a Sunny VIP and installed the red ones before, with the intention to boost/strengthen the saggy rear springs (always kenna exhaust pipe hit curb/hump).

These red spacers were secured using cable-ties to the actual springs, but the fit wasn't very fitting. In my opinion, there wasn't much difference in the ride quality/handling after the installation. 6 mths later, I fitted in a set of new rear shock absorbers instead, and whilst the new shock absorbers still did not lift up the ride height, the ride quality/handling is much better now.

Juz my 2c.

One bro in KL fixed it for RM 250 w/installation which is more exp than SG.

Did you notice he mentioned also using cable tie to secure? Think this is the one which is not recommended ones.

Btw, my spacer was on my ride for a week and will be letting it go soon. $50 cash carry you want? Reason to sell is not this spacer no good but I found blue ones in TW so asking my friend to ship in for me since I on blue blue concept. [laugh]
