Octopus 3rd Gear April 10, 2008 Share April 10, 2008 [reply] The Citibank Dividend card has 5% at all petrol stations I believe still have additional discount of 3% (I think....) in the following month if pump essomobil, which is reflected in the statement. Rickster 5th Gear April 10, 2008 Share April 10, 2008 But Citibank's 5% is in the form of rebates. To make things worse, Citibank's 5% discount is calculated after the 5% given by petrol kiosk. So in essence, you are getting 9.75%.

Also can earn Smiles points, which does not have any expiry date. I got around 2,300+ smiles point already, not sure what to exchange it for.
Sabian Turbocharged April 10, 2008 Share April 10, 2008 Be aware that for citi dividend, u need to chalk up over $50 before they willing to give u a single cent. And if your renewal date is near, they can play hard ball too or if the dividend expire before u chalk up $50.

And if your renewal date is near, they can play hard ball too or if the dividend expire before u chalk up $50 That is correct, but should be rather easy to chalk up >$50 easily by pumping petrol only, given the high costs of petrol... Once I swtiched to SPC using Everyday card, and soon discovered my citi dividend dollar worth $17.00+ expired. Called up Citibank and they reinstated back my $17.00+. So now I'm back pumping exxonmobil using citibank card.
