see, i realized that ITV http://www.itv-f1.com/home.aspx

are showing Live feed of practice highlights, qualifying and race for F1

 

the only problem is that those not reside in UK will get this message

while click on the Video tab

Sorry, rights restrictions prevent us from displaying this video content

to users outside the UK

 

so asking experts here if there anyway to get around it?

Think you have to fool the itv server by telling them you have a UK IP address. How to do that, I don't know

Actually qualifying was live on Channel 23.. it pays to check around as it's very misleading as they show the delayed telecast on Channel 24.
