What do you do when provoked in the discussion thread?

1. Very often, we get to see heated debates and battles in discussion threads on topics such as use of hazard lights, road hogging and etc. Sometimes, someone just don't see things eye to eye with you .

 

2. So what do you do when provoked or when someone trying to belittle you in a discussion and how do you manage your frustration ?

it is ok if people don't see eye to eye, or if people put across their views strongly. i will make my point until i get bored, then i look for some other threads more interesting. because u can never change how people think, and after a while you are just talking past each other.

 

but in all forums, there will be idiots who cannot have an argument about different views, and must resort to personal attacks and name callings. i usually hit back, am usually is funnier and more bitchy , but then i get bored, and will look for some other threads more interesting.

 

i have never got angry or emotional on forums before. at the end of the day, it's anonymous and meaningless.
