is there potential for this area to be like Little India in Serangoon or Malay Village in Geylang

yes there is potential. if ulu places like Dempsey and Rochester can make it, why not Haji? it's all about planning and marketing, and of course $$$$$$$$$$$$.

Potential is to make a sarbat stall ...sell loti,nasi lemak,karipop. Nite time sure happening,hungry folks storm to your place,but then..there's stiff competition,kampong glam area got few sarbat
