You just need the license plate no to file the claim...however if you are doing 3rd party, the lawyers may want you to make a police report...

It is possible. You may need to contact your Insurance and maybe if possible snap a few pictures of the accident area on the other car.

When a claim report is up...ins co. sure investigate. But evidence is necessary to strenghten ur case.

If the other party deny...then there is very little your insurance co will do much to pursue the matter. It especially if the other party didn't make a own claim and has re[aired the damage.
