This is one of my all time favorite. Though I think Andy Lau would have played a better part than Chow.

I like a local advertisement screened recently.

 

It was not for a commercial product but more for family value promoting.

It was about a father trying to raise a willful daughter single-handedly.

 

Since young, the girl was vain and would stop the father to buy lingerie for her, shouting

"我要!"

 

As she grew older, she wanted to get an expensive pair of high-heels and the father could only obliged with a cheaper pairs. Disappointedly, she worn it to a disco and then the heel was broken. When she returned, she threw it in her house and walked straight into her room.

The next morning when she was about to leave for school, she found that the high-heels were mended.

 

Realizing her mistake, she covered her dad's exposed belly and gave him a kiss.

 

Simple advertisement, but very captivating.

My fav would the the 70's Coke ad. It is probably one of the few ads that I could remember very clearly.
