I just hate to see my car kana strike every other dya when I saw it. It is just irritating especially I just washed it. My area has no MSCP.

Is there anyway to prevent those birds strike? I heard someone say to put CD's on dashboard to reflect sunlight.. Does it really work?? [shakehead]

Is it possible for you to choose a location in your open carpark away from trees (although it would be hotter without shade)?

install the electric wires on the tree branches. When the birds land on it, they will get eletricuited [laugh] and you will get free cooked birdie

location location location.

check the carpark for signs of birdsh1t. plenty means the place is roosting ground, highly dangerous. spot means only transitional, ok.

rainy days, best not to park directly under anytree. not just the birds but also the fruits, seeds, twits, etc.

try parking at least 5m away from any vertical object tat can let a bird land. my experience is that they will bomb away upon launching as this will lighten their body load. they r less likely to bomb away when landing as the wings use much less energy doing it compared to lifting.

smell.. birds in general r clueless to smell. they r attracted by color and sound.

part of life. try not to let it bother u [;)]

personally i kena etch marks when my ride is few mths old. even with PPS. what to do? [:/]

parking in really open areas will help. parking under tree is really asking for it. i think sun is good for the car in a way (except for white car [laugh] ) cos the heat bakes the interior and reduces smells. [:p] also kills those pesky insects which seem to like the crack in my door rubber insulation [dead]

Only around less than 10% is the open space without trees, so it's kinda hard to park on the open space.. [:/] And I notice those birdies will only bomb around 9 am to 11 am. Early morning is still safe if I leave to work early.

I hope by deploying the CD to reflect the light will help... will try it ...
