For wet weather then dun need to use semi slicks lah... These tyres for track usage... Since u was on bridgestone, can try Potenza re-001... Successor for so-3...

Since you are on S-02, you'll love R-S2. great dry grip with good wet grip to beat. Semi will be overkill for street use also most have poor wet grip which would be a far cry from S-02

If I am not wrong, they don't make the S02 or S02As anymore. let alone S03 which stopped some time ago.

RS2 are good tires. I like the value for money in terms of performance, grip, handling...etc only thing I don't like is the noise. everything else.. I like. some people say that it doesn't last long, but it lasted long for me though.

Semi slicks are very noisy. Not for daily use. They aren't too scary in wet weather.

There is one Yokohama A048 semi slick which because it comes standard on Lotus Elise, is considered road legal tire.

On a track like Pasir Gudang they are worth about 15 seconds.

No, 15 seconds is the lap time difference between running semi slicks and regular treaded road tires, although the soft compound does mean it does not last as long as normal tires.
