How difficult is it to determine a tiolet escape?

Do you now while MSK was hiding in Indonesia before getting caught by the indo authority, he spend a great deal of time on Boyan island.

 

It's rumored boyanese living on Boyan island can levitate, perform something akin to chinese qing gong and those more gifted are impervious to mortal wounds and can even walk through concrete walls.

 

I think MSK may be a gifted magic practitioner and may had master the highest level in Boyanese magic, thus walking thru the toilet wall or flying through the toilet roof shouldn't pose much problem for him. The only question is why he only display his magic skill in Whitley detention centre, not in indonesia, on the plane or even Changi airport.

 

My guess is there must be a very strong source of manna or magical field around Whitley area and he chance upon it and off he goes.
