It caused one fellow seriously injured when he tried to cycled thru at night. Slowmo Clutched March 18, 2008 Share March 18, 2008 (edited) How about tourists? Maybe try next time when you travel N/S highway, suddenly kenna spikes because you exceed 10km/hr from limit. Good idea also right? I bet there will be bunch of vultures hanging around to loot the immobilised vehicles. Tow truck companies included. We don't need such barriers if we are more stringent with drivers flouting rules. eg. You drag a couple of drink + driving ones, whip them, throw them into the mercy of accident victims and families and see if they will try the same stunt again next time. like wise, if someone seen flouting bus lane rules, just ban them from driving or riding in cars for 1 mth and force them to take bus and train. Remove a person's right to own a car like a small kid, until they can grow up and be adult enough to respect other's right to use the road.
