friend,

if you mean water temperature gauge, i believe most cars do have such gauge in your meter.

for the temp gauge, do you mean by oil temp? if yes, you need to buy additional stuffs to read your oil temp.

some other gauges like rpm, vacuum, boost and volt meters, just install and done with.

believed that those are just for the looks, i would suggest you to get RPM, Volt, Vacuum gauges.

get a boost gauge if your ride got TC.

the rest of the gauges either need sensors and/or gasket to make it works.

i did 3 gauges on my previous ride (Oil pressure + Volt meter + Vacuum) and i regret getting the oil pres gauge because it cost alot more than I expected.

the cost for Oil pres reading includes gauge+sensor+gasket. IMO, not worth it.

I installed at Express Motion (Upp Thomson Road) which was mentioned above by one of the mcfers.

hope it helps.~

was wondering does water / engine temp a essential item? as the new fl avante doesn't come with water temp guage.. it's pretty hard to determine the water temp..

let's say a pair of defi gauges for water/engine temp, how much will it roughly cost? is there a engine temp gauge in the first place? i only know got water..

hmmmmm.. didn't know that new FL Avante doesn't come with water temp gauge.

but frankly, i don't think it is necessary and moreover, it's consider a new car.

no idea with current gauges pricing.

maybe you want to go car accessories shops and see for yourself.

different shops with slightly different pricing.

engine temp gauge? do you mean oil temp gauge?

there are gauges for oil temp and oil pres.

I was quoted $150 for installation as the item was not bought from their shop, of course I say thank you and walk off. This happens to be one of the shop which one of the ts has recommended here.
