IT show - problem with wireless mouse

Bought a A1Pro wireless mouse. Bring home and charged it, but immediately cannot work. Just to check with bros here whether there is any CD software installer disk to get it working? thanks

Check if there're any buttons on the mouse itself and the receiver. Press each button once & they should sync up. Or check for frequency channel switches. Make sure both receiver & mouse set to same freq channel. If still cannot, or no switch/buttons, then go back & ask for exchange. Usually software not required to use wireless mouse, unless it's to customise the button functions.

1) Please check if battery in place correctly.

2) Please check if you have plug in the USB-interfaced reciever/trasmitter that c/w your mouse. You need to plug this to the PC you are working with.

3) The cd, if any, is for additional sw like special function for the mouse. Even if you have not install the cd, the mouse basic function should work.

4) These days, Window XP/Vista would have easily detected your new device and make it workable.

5) If all above are satisfied, then its most likely your mouse is kaput!

Did u plug correctly into the usb port?

 

some cockster may plug into the ethernet port

Are u using Vista? Is the product Vista friendly?

no la, wun kaput de... juz tat the hole of the ethernet port expand horizontally by a bit only... i doubt TS will pluck into ethernet port instead of USB port...

was using a same one previously.

 

There is a button on the bottom of the mouse, and also a button on the tip of the transmitter (the one that you slot into your laptop/pc via USB port). Press both button together and it should work.

 

This A1 wireless mouse dun come with installation disc....as far as my piece is concern....hope the above helps.
