you lost the brand new can of 476??? Are you referring to 501 marine polish?? 521 is the Quick detail..I think 845 works better than 476 on rims..845 withstand higher temp..

the brand new can was for my frd... i lost mine... freaking still have minimum 65-70%... sibei angry...must have left it there after i wash n wax my car loh.. sianz.... ya... i mean the polish.501.. kekeke... getting blur on the no. man... 845 can withstand high temp ya.. good!.. u reckon how long it will last? u knw the bloody brake dust is driving me nuts... and it will stain the rims...

another thing bro.. let say i polish n then put 845... then the next few wash should i juz use quick detailer.. or better to use AW to maintain? i sibei blur abt it... and if quick detailer can do the job... i think is a waste to use AW..hahaha... need yr pro advice... [thumbsup]

I see, so layering it does not increase it's durabilty? only the shine?

I would say that...of cos it would be safer to do monthly..Multiples layer of 105 does tell the different..

between a AW and QD on rims..I will choose QD on rims becos of its anti-static..

let's say I do it monthly, do I need to use 101 everytime before 105?

yea, after 2 layers of 105, it has more wet look feeling.

Is ok to use #101 monthly or bi-weekly..101 is more towards a chemical cleaner than a polish( abrasive ) although we tend to let the word polish mislead us..

so will 101 remove 105? I have got 2 layer of 105 now, if next week I use 101, will my 105 be gone?

You will get the effect from 101..it should take out your 105 but if u dun intend to layer 105 over 101..it is still safe becos 101 by itself is an AIO...

Yeap...tried it. IMHO, First of all it's a wipe-on-walk away product so you don't need to go over it with another round of wiping/buffing off after application - very easy to apply, especially if we're talking about the wheels, and you don't have to worry about any leftover dry residue that you missed.

Secondly, I've now started to wash the wheels more frequently with leftover shampoo since it's easier to wash away those dirt and brake dust since i've got it on (but I do wash with stronger stuffs if it's too dirty).

Thirdly, it took 3 washes with a branded APC mix 10:1 to totally remove most of it from the wheels, i.e. quite stubborn - so I'm assuming it's quite durable.... [sweatdrop] [sweatdrop]

Finally, the look, well...what can I say...the better the prep the better the look...just like paintwork.

But what sold me most is the first and third one, quick, easy and effective.

Regards.
