Yah this tyre shop no service. Try Leong Seng or South East tyre at Ubi. Their service is good and even wash your rims.

Ya currently I am hunting for a new set of rims (if cannot get 2nd hand SSR set) and I also getting this kind of problem with PH dunno why people keep recommending them. Send sms mostly wont reply. Call then he will keep saying will check and get back but forever never happen -__-

Actually I have very limited dealings with Yap bros before but nothing negative from me though. I think they are ok at least from my perspective.

i have not dealt with em before but called numerous times and enquire. that lady boss jennifer said she will call me back and so far she nvr fail to call me back within 30mins. but after so many times i never buy from em before yet she still entertains me.

Just went there. So funny, their second floor is already #03-xx liao.

 

This above mentioned shop is hong tyre & battery company.

No exactly the cheapest around, but hassle free.

Free balance and rotation for any car, claimed by boss.

haha tats the funny thing.. i remember tat place is level 1, 3, 5, 7 until 11 or 13 level

but mentioned as 2nd floor so i diam diam lo.. heehee if Hong tyre den ok la, not the cheapest but much better service.. likewise i changed my tires recently at Stamford, definitely not the cheapest but at least service good.. free membership oso and its damn near my house..

yes, i also was the same victim as you are.. not only wrong offset buah fender, i also got a vibrating problem which couldn't be fixed with wheel balancing or alignment.

 

in summary, sold me crap rim and tyres. i later changed them out at another shop, same 235/40/R18, but correct offset, much lighter, and absolutely no problem since day 1.

 

that ph shop...you buy cheap, but be at your own risk.

I had an equally bad experience at P@h H__g 2 years back!! J*s+|n conned me into overpaying for a set of RM Rims + firenza tires. Aftersales service is very bad! [mad]

 

Never am I going back PH again!!
