Jusco in JB

How does Jusco Permas Jaya compare with Jusco Tebrau City? In term of parking facility and varities?

Jusco Tebrau City is a huge mall similar to Vivo. Whereas Permas Jaya is much smaller by comparison to Tebrau City.

Jusco Tebrau City parking need to pay.

Jusco Permas Jaya parking is free.

Jusco Tebrau City have open air carpark and sheltered carpark. For ease of mind can park at the open air section near main door.

 

RM2 parking fee. If you know that you will frequent there you can apply for Jusco card at Jusco Level 3. It's only RM10 for a year and u can claim all parking in future plus discounts when shopping in Jusco.

 

Oh this card can be used throughout Msia Jusco.

1. Yes, I've the card for the last 2 years. Parking is free and membership discount is great. Read recently on ST that someone praised the Jusco Tebrau city...something good that you can't find in Singapore.

 

2. I'm also contemplating to buy a condo there, which they are building soon.

I like Jusco TC as there are many security guards prowling the shopping centre as well as the car parks. Do you see this in Jusco PJ?

The location is definitely good but buying a condo ... maybe not that a good idea. The number of JB condos (limited) are not not that well maintained.

I was told as well but landed also prone to thief and troublesome to maintain if not staying there most of the time.

join as member to jusco, then Jusco Tebrau City parking also free... just need your member card and car park tix and go to counter... free!! and got discount...

 

and they will post you angpao or discount or any promo to your singapore home!

Ya, there's a workshop esp cater for 'sports' car too...

But you must check properly, cos some workshops over there are quite over-rated, IMO.

same same la... condo only one extra step to your place... the lift! u think they don't rob if there's a security down there? u think the security will help u stop the robbers? dream on my friend...

i never been to jusco PJ. But i know Jusco TC got alot security guards, i even saw them giving summon for those who anyhow park their car.

if purpose of visit is to get groceries items, then either one is

ok. if you are bringing your galfren or family along, TC is a better

choice as more to look look see see.

 

parking is free at PJ, nominal charges at TC. both have security guards

roving ard every now and then. however, one should never be dependent on

the guards and make sure there are no valuable left in the car esp in

plain sight.

 

makan wise, since TC Jusco is bigger, there are more varieties to choose

from. altho i always go Secret Recipe.

but there are also quite a few places (kopi tiam) to makan just before

PJ Jusco, which is just as good & value for $$$.
