Ask your wife to maintain normal diet. Don't consume too much seafood. Not very good. Fish is OK but other seafood not very healthy. Most important is to have veg and fruits.

If u want really really fresh, buy a big fish tank and dump the live fishes or whatever your wife likes into it. Any time your wife craves for sth just need to fish it out of the tank and cook it.

Got live fishes, crab, prawns n frogs. No exotic seafood like Unique, only those normal stuff u find in the market but they are alive.

 

My fren bought a snakehead n they hammer it to death on the spot for u. Then descale n cut into pieces for u.

not too much salmon. our salmon is not from e wild,hence mercury level quite high u noe.

Bro, you can try buying frm Yishun Dam. try go during weekend morning there is a lorry selling fresh seafood. pricing wise is ok. i bought frm them the 3 big crab, 1kg prawn(still alive) 2kg mussel and 4 fish.. but bear in mind not every weekends they are there i suppose. i went there twice to buy they are there. but there is one time i went there they not around. mayb off day oh by the way the seafood that i bought is very fresh. have a big feast with my family and girlfriend. in the end the pricing is half of what i pay for when i ate at east coast. hope this info is useful to you bro.

Not only fresh sea food but also must double steam boil at least once a mth of good grade bird-nest for her.Baby come out,skin exceptionally smoothhhh..i did that for my wifey after someone taught me.

just remember that usually too much of the same food during pregnancy can cause the child to get allergic to that food - esp nuts.

Thanks all the good advise. You know pregnent woman, all of sudden want to eat something and must eat it ... , so now I gathered a list of places, can try whenever she feels like it.

I go there around 8plus 9 like that in the morning. you will see aunties and uncles around the lorry choosing seafood.
