Relax a little. They only see much nvr feel much.

Brembo and stock brakes are already miles apart.

not to mention that good brakes have to complement with good rubbers. if the braking force overpower the frictional capabilities of the rubber, guess what you get? lock up (if not abs) and tarmac skiing.

To me.. It's still cheaper to get someone else to do it, and put their famous name/logo on it

It's brandname. Brembo brakes, Recaro seats, Momo Steering, Enkei rims, Perelli tyre ... These brandnames added to a car as standard are used to entice people who do not know better.

By themselves, these products all have their merits. But there are cheaper alternatives which may work just as well depending on your needs. Brembo brakes are designed for hard braking at high speeds, for cars like a Lexus, it's a bit overkill.

How many Lexus drivers are really driving and really driving their cars that hard? Anyway, if they are really seriously hardcore drivers, they wouldn't drive a Lexus (but that's another matter)

So brembo brakes performance is no better, in fact, it could be worse. Because the brake discs need to be up certain temperature to be performing optimally.
