Customized Strut brace/bar

Is there any company here dealing with front and lower strut brace/bar here in singapore ?

I think they do.... Cos most models which dont have application, they'll fabricate one from Msia...

I've got in contact with them thru email and here's the answer :

 

"Hi xxx, is possible to customize. We need your car to be in the manufacturing plant in KL, I will be leading you all the way there. Do let me know if you can."

 

want me to drive up to KUL to customize..

i also need to customize my strut bar.can they fabricate a mounting plate welded onto my strut bar so that it can be bolted onto the firewall as well?

You have any ideas on mind already? I believe a metal workshop can do it if you provide them with drawing and dimension.

 

But do not the price will be much higher than those ready make.

Frankly if you look around those strut brace/bar available in the market, do you think they factor all these in?

 

To me most of them just measure the physical mounting point and do it.

 

Those adjustable one even worse.

ah icic.the problem is that i am using titanium struts and i am not sure any workshop specialize in titanium welding.i've read somewhere that modifying the front struts with extra mounting to mount it onto the firewall will add and increase rigidity further.

yes , I 've read and seen some with 4 point strut bar/brace etc which strengthen the chassis during hard cornering or impact.

 

Those titanium struts must have cost you a fortune ?Custom made ?

There is this workshop in Sin Ming called Supreme. Some of their undercarriage strut bars are made by themselves.

no bro mine is the sti ti struts.got it cheap from some forumer .sub 200ish bucks.
